Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their applicable jurisdiction. 37pk makes no representation that the services are appropriate or legally available in any specific jurisdiction.
Accounts may only be registered and operated by natural persons in their individual capacity. Registration on behalf of a company, trust, partnership or any other legal entity is not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by 37pk.
To access the full range of 37pk services, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, truthful and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details. Users undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and notify 37pk promptly of any changes.
37pk may request the following documents as part of the KYC verification process. Providing these documents is mandatory before withdrawals are processed and may be required at any stage of account operation:
37pk strongly recommends that users complete identity verification promptly after account registration and prior to making a first deposit. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. 37pk accepts no liability for delays to withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
You agree to use the 37pk platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of any third party, or interferes with the proper functioning of the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other account security credentials. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify 37pk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
You warrant that all information provided to 37pk at registration and throughout the course of your account relationship is accurate, complete and not misleading. 37pk reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, false or incomplete.
37pk will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages or as a result of factors beyond 37pk's reasonable control. 37pk accepts no liability for losses alleged to arise from platform unavailability.
All balances, wagers and transaction amounts on the 37pk platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Actual transaction processing may be subject to exchange rates and payment provider terms where applicable.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. 37pk references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. None of these institutions endorse or support online gambling. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method permits gambling-related transactions under that provider's applicable terms and local law.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms that must be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the individual promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the specific promotion.
The following standard conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:
37pk operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Conduct deemed abusive — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk or mechanical betting patterns, or misrepresenting eligibility — will result in bonus cancellation, winnings forfeiture and potential account closure.
All sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Tests and ODIs), football, UFC and other events — are governed by 37pk's Sports Betting Rules as published on the platform. Users accept those rules in full when placing any wager. 37pk reserves the right to void, suspend or amend markets in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to match abandonment, data feed errors or suspected integrity issues.
Live casino, slot and table game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanisms provided by third-party studio partners. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed per game title. Game malfunctions void all plays and bets associated with the malfunction.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market and per product type. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. 37pk reserves the right to restrict stake limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion without prior notice.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing or game display — including human or technical error — 37pk reserves the right to void all bets placed at erroneous prices or under erroneous conditions. 37pk will not be liable for any losses or expected gains arising from reliance on manifestly erroneous information.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 37pk platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

All intellectual property rights in the 37pk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, content, graphics, text and data — are owned by or licensed to 37pk. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any 37pk intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any 37pk platform content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 37pk intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 37pk's aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
37pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or platform errors.
37pk does not represent or warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 37pk support. Before closing your account, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method and any bonus funds will be removed. Accounts may not be closed while a withdrawal is pending unless the withdrawal is first resolved.
37pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct; failure to pass KYC verification; provision of false information; regulatory or legal requirements; or inactivity for an extended period as specified in the Platform's inactivity policy.
On account closure, verified withdrawable balances will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct are not returnable.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 37pk holds its applicable operating authorisation, as determined by the operator. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
37pk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via a notification displayed on the platform and/or by email to the registered account address where reasonably practicable. The effective date of any amendment will be updated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the 37pk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
